6 - 8 days to create order and ship your order.

Customized Wig
2 - 3 weeks to create a custom wig of your choice. Express made orders are available, please use the contact section to inquiry about this.

Shipping Time
Canada - Standard = 3 - 5 business days - Express = 2 - 3 business days
United States - Standard = 7 - 9 business days - Express = 5 - 6 business days

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
In the unlikely case that you receive a bundle or closure/frontal that you do not like, please reach out to customer care within 5 business days from delivery of product and we will be happy to take a look at the product and assist you from there. The product must be unaltered.
Please note that custom wig orders cannot be returned or refunded.
